Oh man, first of all, I am sorry for making people upset with asking questions. It was all from a lack of my knowledge. Now I have an issue with my truck. PO102 replaced the sensor. Nothing mafs pigtail. Nothing for volts. Fuse is fine reading 12 volts on fuse block. I know at idle it should be 5 volts on pigtail to MAFS.

Have you made sure you don't have a broken wire? IE have you verified wire integrity from the sensor all the way to the ECM?

This might be a dumb question but if it has a bad ground it wouldn’t have any voltage correct

No, your meter should be on chassis ground and then probing this pin so the only way that would occur is if the ECM had no connection to chassis ground.

Verifying all wires to the sensor is your next step, that's standard procedure when chasing a voltage problem.

The feed to the MAF/IAT sensor, pin 3 pink wire, is actually a 12V feed.
