LMM No Crank No Start (sorta)

I hate this truck.

Mouser connector is wrong. Trimmed to fit but dont have the correct pin lock that slides in the connector so cant use it.

Fucked around with it some more. Found pin 74 pulled to the left with koeo can make the fpr wig out. Pulled it and found what looks like dry silicone in it. Put a new pin on it, issue solved but we still have more issues.

During all this fiddle fucking around i have 7 of 8 glow plug codes that randomly set. I think i found that issue. The red/white wire in pin 75 i think is the gpcm ground. Need to verify in the morning. Probably need a new pin on that. I can also make the truck die by wiggling the smaller connector on the ecm. Ill have to source the bad wire in that one.

Tried. Cant get one. I can get used ones but nothing in decent shape.

I did find the problem though. Two of the smaller ignition pins going into the ECM have bad connections. One on the 96 pin connector (pin 74) and one on the other smaller connector. Change those pins out and this thing’s been running great so far. Even wiggle the shit out of everything just to make sure.
