Get the codes checked out but i would guess most will be basically history codes. I dont think your engine light will stay out until you move the injector flow rated from the 2009 GPCM to the ECM. If you are using the 2009 TCM i would make sure it has the right operating system for your truck. It will work but not to the best advantage. Dads truck had some shifting issues that stemmed from incorrect TCM software. Just some thoughts.
It went good at the shop they copy over the injector information and scaned the truck, 45 minutes and 130 bucks no big deal
