LMM EFI Live Problem

I can't read the tune file and get the following messages.

On Edit: The pictures are not big enough to see what is really going on. I will gladly email these to someone to get them bigger.

The last I checked, I have all of the latest updates. I had no problems until one of my friends went to the dealer for an oil change and the gave him the latest and greatest update.
