Question: LMM Boost

I just installed some Cobalt gauges. I'm completely stock, tuning, turbo, everything. My peak boost was 28. Is this right? My buddies with stock tuning runs 34. (he is straight piped though.) Does your boost change with an exhaust?

We both have LMM's.

With stock truck and good efi live tune I would see about 34 psi. So 28 seems reasonable.
