Ah. Didn’t see any issues before install and like I said, no leaks before tear down. I didn’t put a straight edge on it or anything like that

Just wanted to throw this up for those who followed this build.. took the rig out camping (finally) and everything went perfectly. Temps perfect, smoke level could be fine tuned but much better, great power, egts staying around 1150-1200 on med throttle up hill. BTW she doesn’t need full throttle to to tow uphill anymore, passing at highway speed is an easy option, and it’s such a pleasure to have the reserve power. I keep this up, I think this truck has another 20 years in it
