Shut down your tune tool and restart it.
Make sure you select the right licensing option (V1 or V2) Click on Help>FlashScan V1 PCM licensing or FlashScan V2 VIN licensing
Copy and paste your activation code from your email, and see how you go.
If you are still having troubles, reply to the email you were sent with your activiation code and our admin team will look into it. Just remember the time differences. It's currently 3.30pm Wednesday afternoon in New Zealand.
