Howdy, so this afternoon I started my truck to go somewhere and randomly started having problems. My Speedometer stays at zero, my truck is stuck in third gear and I get three codes. The one code is P0540 The next code is P0405 and then the last code is U0101 (which is lost communication with TCM) right after it started happening I cleared the codes and every thing worked and shifted fine for about 3 miles and then it got stuck in third gear again and now I can’t get rid of codes. Also, another strange thing that happened is twice after I started it the truck stalled out and died. But then the third time it fired right up and I limped it home. So just curious what I should be looking into for the problem could it be a bad TCM?
