LBZ fuel pressure issues

I have an 06 LLY that has apparent rail pressure issues upon first inspection. But after sitting a while, it now will not start because its not commanding higher than 800 psi. Actual climbs to over 1000 just on the starter but desired stays at 7xx. I've never seen this problem before. The only dtc's are for transfer case communication and the history p0087 it came here with. Any ideas?

Whats the story? any recent work?

I think if its not even commanding then i would start to mark sure youve got god cam and crank signals, if theres been recent work make sure the plugs for the two sensors arent mixed up.

Actually, the psi pid on my scantool is wrong or not working. The mpa pid shows it commanding 50 mpa during cranking. So it just classic rail pressure issues.
