LBZ: lbz duel cp3 pump help

Ive got a pipe duel cp3 kit on my lbz and this is the second belt thats been blown off. I replaced the tensioner yesterday put on a new belt drove it easy for about 4 hours, today i let it rip and boom belt blew right off again. Not sure if its the idler pulley that i got from ppe or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also are the other idler pulleys on the pass side of the truck the same size? getting pretty pissed about it these belts are 50$ a pop.

How is the tensioner? Is the hash mark between the two others?

I was blowing belts off also until I changed the routing and belt length.

Yea it just did it to the brand new one i put on it, like ripped the rib off the pulley. Im over it lol
