Got a 6th gear file, modified it as needed and loaded into TCM. To be safe I did the first trial on a hoist without wheels mounted.
Logged the data with HPTuners, TCM is commanding 6th but it does not shift into 6th. Only for a split second I saw 6th applied.
It then gets stuck in 5th gear with DTC P0747 Pressure control solenoid "A" stuck on
Then programmed back to 5-gear tune, all working fine. Looks like there is a little more needed in the VB to get it to work.....I wish I could get an inside view of what Suncoast did :)

I recall my transmission guy saying there's one additional hole drilled in the separator plate vs. a 5 speed.

If you have access to a Suncoast conversion you could pull it apart and see where and how big that hole is.

Curious where does one get a 6th gear file as I can't seem to find any online? Thanks in advance!

How did it go with the tccm? I am trying to bench test my MP1626xhd from same year, 2011 LML NQF transfer case. Using a canbed for communicating with tccm, have connection but cant get it to wake up. Do you have any ideas? There is light in the 3 way switch, can is cooperating but no wakey wakey..

I have a LB7 i have access to a complete 2015 to get all I need to do the complete swap

My question is what will I have to do to complete the swap at little cost thx.
