LB7 i can't figure out

I have 2004 LB7 runs good around town last week pulled the camper hunting and on long pulls it would act up almost like I would lift on the fuel pedal and get back on it so I changed the fuel filters but had no change ? I do have access to snap on scanner it doesn't have any codes but I am not sure what to look for when I scan it did do a injector test with scanner they where 692-698 any help would be great

Check you pressures and balance rate. Desired vs actual, return rates... post it and we can go from there.
