Mines getting a ATS 5 Star 2800-3K stall billet stator, and some other billet parts. Hope it spools better then the 1057 that's been in there.
If Duramax tuner doesn't have a idea on what convertor you need I would not let them touch it..

I had an ate converter before I liked it
I haven't asked them yet haven't really talked to them since it broke, they know I don't like the Goerend even tho it's a good pair.

This however is a hilarious attempt of a burnout the day I picked it up at Jason's.
They told me I wouldn't do a burnout jumped in and attempted one before even driving the truck. As you can tell I was a little overwhelmed with all that power. It scared the shit out of me lol

Goerend does make different converters, ya know. Might pay dividends to call them first, outline your concerns and ask if they have a solution.
I spoke with Eric thankfully he's offered to warranty the trans and I'm thinking the stall just needed adjusted it seems a little tight to me. I'm gonna stick it out with the goerend make some adjustments and hope it makes a difference

I honestly don't remember where the stall is set I know that it's tight and now there's something wrong with the trans or converter sounds/feels like it gets hung up.
I originally wanted a suncoast but was talked out of it lol

Well if you get free parts you kinda go with the flow.
Goerend Converters are just as good as suncoast. Lifetime Warranty and 1st restall is free. My next converter will be from Dave.
