Had a lb7 Kodiak come in the shop a few weeks back, had the cp3 replaced from another shop because it wasn't starting properly.

Did a return rate test on one side to check injector health as it was smoking pretty good and had extreme extend crank. Returned about 30ml of fuel in 15 seconds of cranking.

Started pulling down to replace injectors, pulled fuel filter And checked the fuel, it was watered down pretty food. Pulled sending unit in tank. Must of got a bad batch of fuel cause it was bright yellow/cloudy (lots of water).

Anyways, cleaned tank and all fuel lines/fuel system. Installed. New Bosch LDS injectors. Truck fires up good and runs good, now I have never drove a zf6 Kodiak truck. It felt pretty sluggish to me but I knew that the engines were dersted vs the trucks. So I sent it back to the customer.

Calls me back, says to me that the truck does not have the power it use to. I get truck back, no engine codes other then glow plug p0380.

Come to find out, someone replaced the barometric pressure sensor with a boost sensor. I was reading around 6psi with koeo. When infact it's suppose to be reading around 14.6 to 14.8 at our elevation. 105.75 dollars later it was good to go.

Just letting others know my experience.
