Is this slip good for an 11?

Close enough by to squeeze into the elevens, but gotta run it find out for sure

So I must tell you, these are not my slips. I posted them for a buddy wondering the question in the thread title. I am however hoping to get an 11 myself in Ennis. I race at over a mile high elevation where I live so I'm hoping the sea level factor in TX and a bigger lift pump (new 200gph) will get me there. Time will tell.
