Is one 800ca jumper pack enough?

It is 15deg and my truck won't start due to low batteries (been sitting for a month). I am looking at a Clore ES6000 jumper pack which has 800 cranking amps. Should be enough, if I disconnect the passenger battery? Or would i need another (like 300 cranking amp) one as well? Anyone have experience using one of the es6000?
The truck is parked in a big lot, no electricity around and it is my only vehicle, so no charging the batteries at home etc. AAA never sends enough firepower to jump it.

Thanks. I've disconnected a battery in the past to (hopefully) lessen the load (one tired battery instead of two) when jumping and it has worked (may just be a coincidence).
