Idler side gusset

I was organizing my toolbox and I came across an idler side weld in gusset I forgot to weld in during my front end project last year. I must have said "I'll get to that later" hah.

Does it matter how the truck is positioned when I weld it up?
IE suspension loaded/unloaded etc. I figure it doesn't make a difference but doesn't hurt to ask

long as someone isnt turning the wheels under a heavy load while you burn it in, you are good
