hiem joint tie rods

Well it sounds to me that these are the best tie rods out there and i want the best. but living in wisconsin with our winters and all the salt they use i know hiem joints go bad and so if i were to buy some and ran them threw winter and lubed them up frequently do you guys think they'd last??

I'll occasionally take my bars off and clean the joints with non greasy lube like silicone spray/helps protect them from corrosion. I really dont think you will have any issues if they are quality joints. The joint itself should not rust up. the only time I've had one freeze up is when I got oil on it and like mentioned above, the dirt and sand that the oil attracted caused problems.
Some of the larger joints have grease fittings, I wish I would have gone with grease fittings on my 1.25's the first time around

Sweetdiesel has them on his '05 and he really likes them!! They look VERY solid!!
