Help south of SLC asap

Have a buddy about 15mi north or Cedar City UT with an 04 Cummins that won't run right. He put some watered down fuel in it and is having serious power issues now. He had a dealer pump the tank and I assume flush the system but it has an AirDog and they didn't replace the filters. He's pulling a loader of mine and I need someone to hook him up with some filters asap.

bunch of part numbers here for different brands that will go on there, might be able to find a local store with one

At this point my driver has dropped his trailer and my loader and left . If I can find someone to help him I hopefully can get him to go back. He headed into Cedar City for now.
