Haha! It was a fun truck. I love my LLY, but the Roar of the 496ci Big Block was great.
I don't miss getting 7MPG towing my camper and running hard to pull hills. Now I get 10-11 and just idle along:woott: Now I get 20MPG on highway empty vs 14. Its a win win situation. Twice the towing power and towing capacity and less fuel.
Yeah. I got 8/11. But my truck never hesitated up grades, had to look back and make sure the trailer was still there! I did Gibson Headers, dynomax cat back, Volant CAI with scoop and upped to about 12/14. Ain't nothing like a diesel though.
what part of Delaware are you from? We started a little local club by meeting on another forum. By little I mean we had our first meeting last month with 5 of us, but we are finding more showing interest. You interested in what we are trying to put together?
I have my truck for basically 1 reason, towing our camper. Why would I want 7MPG and barely sufficient power back?
