LB7: Heater hose routing can't remember where it was???

I am in the middle in piecing my truck back together but I can't figure out where the heater hose attached to the orange port which runs against the engine was routed. I am trying to find pics but I still can't see it.

The hard aluminum line? Or the gray line?

If your looking at the firewall the right hand side hose comes from heater core runs over to the thermostat housing. The left hand side fitting comes from heater core to the aluminum line which bolts to the fuel filter housing and by the belt tensioner
