LB7: Head Gasket Repair Time

Cant help on the time ... but when i do a side job i allways go of the "quoted hours" , where i sell myself is i only charge about 30-40 bucks an hour depending on how shitty the job is . so its a third of the labor cost of the dealer and 1/2 the cost of the ma and pa shop .

Anybody in the Sacramento area like this guy hehehe

here is the gasket kit u should use. it has every thing that you need for gaskets and o rings. plus u can upgrade to studs if the customer wants it. http://www.merchant-automotive.com/p-4041-lb7-head-gasket-kit.aspx

Do you have a two post lift? I pulled my cab and front end in 1 1/2 hours. Never done it before. Made life easy and saved my back. Also water pump is easy to do while you have it tore down that far. I just use a 600lb impact on the harmonic balancer bolt
