That was the wheel I was going to suggest... The Novakanes are way to played out. The Rehabs are my new favorites. Nitto 420's are a pretty nice tire they hook good on the street and track, not a very good for towing though.
You could have sold me on the S480 :spit: I have no doubt you would make it work. 68 should be nice... VVT or fixed? I may have a gt4094avnt we could do some swapping for some Arias beauty's. I'll call you tomorrow.
Wheels: i have always liked mickey thompson classic 2, and dick cepek dc7, 20's have some weight drawbacks, whatever size rim dia you choose, go 9.5-10" wide, run a 5-5 3/4" bs and a 305/50/20:thumb: i would probably run mickey thompson tires too
Stereo stuff sounds like you got covered, but i would run a single twelve , and do a complete separate staged mid an hi in the door and pillar, some thing like 61/2" mid, and a 3" and tweet, i would run an alpine digital 5 channel amp as an all in one, or the 4 channel with a dedicated mono sub amp
Obviously deck choice is very personal, kinda like rims, double din, alpine, pioneer and jvc have some killer decks out, as long as your spending a cool G on a deck your good there.
At 5-600whp i think you're safe to run the egr, and nithing is as cost effective or as simple as a stg 2 garrett 4094 avan turbo upgrade, its not as bad as some have made it out to be, i like it and have not come close to tapping it out, or even dialing it in all the way.
All season big air kit with grid and egr delete is what i would do, if i were to do it again, and I'd also do the y-bridge, i know, i know, most will say b.s, and i have not driven my truck with it yet, but i have some high expectations for the bridge, when taken into account the other flow mods i have, and the crude and poor, poor design of the factory piece was revealed to me.

you know you can hit 500+ whp in an lbz with just a tune, lift pump, fuel rail port and shim, 4" exhaust and mod your own intake
15% ceramic tint, billet grille, djm 3/5, cal tracs, sway bars, qa1's, rear roll pan, color match the plastic, h.i.d's...dont forget the front end upgrades! 2wd trucks wear out the front end too!

The egr will be removed and ill just run a plate one the egr motor its cheap easy
I allready have uppipes, ill shim the fprv but doubt ill drill out the inlet, windows will get tinted
The wheel plastics will just get removed, I like that look
Not sure if the djm drop is worth it or just loose some leafs and lower the torsion keys
I've got some cognito supports that ill use, and get some sleeves on there for sure.

DJM drop for sure. I'm telling you 2wd on the street with those ET Streets will be a freaking blast.
It depends on how much drop you want. If you want to go low you'll have to C-notch the frame and they make the bolt on brackets for it. The C-notch is pretty easy to do and I've put 900+hp to it along with some slicks at the track so I'd say it's well tested
Also you'll want the DJM's transmission cross member, it relocates the tranny mount so nothing hangs below the frame.

I think you could go with a 6/8 drop if you really wanted to. Also something important, don't run a deep tranny pan! It'll be the lowest thing on the truck and you'll hit it on things! You're going to have so much fun

DJM 6" can be an 8" if you move the top A-Arm mounts out

Just put a regular Allison pan back on and the clearance is fine. When I had my deep pan I scraped it a crap ton of times and it was fine, until one day going down a old back road I went over some small undulation doing like 9i0mph and the pan hit so hard hit cracked
I didn't even know until after I got off work and came out to the truck to find 4+ quarts of tranny fluid in a huge puddle on the ground.

I had djm on my reg cab and my dad had mcgaughys on his reg cab. Mcgaughys handles way better, but he can't run anything smaller than a 17" wheel with those spindles.

I run a 55 watt high beam with a 6000k bulb color (the slightest hint of blue, mostly white light) 35 watt low beams with a 6000k bulb color, H10 fogs 35 watts 6000K bulb color.
I did the all on mod and holy shit was I missing alot of big rip the front of your truck off creatures in the borrow pits lol. The lighting was very impressive and for under 150 bucks for all three you can't go wrong. I have had mine in for 3 years without one hiccup... Only thing I would change is the color of the bulb I don't like the blue hint although it is very subtle, 5000K will be my next bulb color that should be pretty much white.
Oh ya, they don't flicker and the high beams warm up really fast.
