After driving it around a few days, i'm really impressed with the low end torque gain. It's definitely different than before, and more violent from a part throttle roll. Runs like a champ!

Definitely less smoke as you jump in the throttle or just roll into it heavy. Cleans up very quick and even the cloud is more of a hazy grey than black fog like before. Definitely flowing more at lower rpms.

Can't wait to make a few more changes and keep speeding up the spool time!

Street killer in the making

Bunch of negative Nancy's over here! Lol.

It's Josh's fault, he's a bad influence! Making a 5hr drive this Friday towing a light load. Can't wait to see how the little turbo does.

Light roll in 6th, feathering to keep from down shifting (part throttle shifts are lowered, down shifts easy)

Hits 30 around 1800rpm and 40 around 2000-2100rpm. Would do a little more I'm sure if it wasn't down shifting

Seems about 1700-1800 it finally comes alive

ya, that's the point where I can start rolling into the throttle a little heavier without downshifting. That's on tune 3, the daily driver

I need to load the TCM lock tune for 5th and do the lag tests for the other thread. Probably next week sometime when I get back in town.

I need to go retest mine too. I found wot throws too much fuel at the turbo when it's at 0 boost and it doesn't build as fast as 3/4. I took out a lot of maf limiting a while back, might put some back in

What the heck Russ!!! Where did all the video's go??:D Or is my computer retarded and doesn't show them?? haha

How's that FMW 64.5 holding up? I've been looking at getting rid of my 366 for one of these. How would this be as a single for towing?

the videos aren't working?? odd

I love the 364.5 vs the 366 I had. Part throttle rips! What I've noticed about part throttle acceleration is it never falls under the charger like it did before. When you make a part throttle shift, it builds more boost and rolls on. The low end torque is just crazy! Where it was a little soft on acelleration before, the 364.5 just comes to life. You cruise 70mph and just roll into the throttle lightly, it's quick to jump up and snag 30-40psi. I guess it's hard to explain, but it's definitely more responsive. You build just a little boost and jump in the throttle it comes to life very quickly.

Towing??? yes, hell yes!!! it's amazing! It towed great before, but it's just stupid now. I'm pretty sure the torque is going to kill my poor truck.

The S480 with 1.10 housing should be back any day now, so I'll be swapping that out next week to give feedback there. It seems like the 364.5 comes to life quick, but hesitates a second while the s480 lights, so thats why we went with the 1.10 housing change.

Here is the part that I haven't figured out yet. My shift points are set at 3600rpm. I can't tell if this setup falls off a little up at 3600 or if it just pulls soo much harder at 3000 than it did before that it's deceiving.

Going to add a wastegate soon. Just gotta order it. Wife bought me a top side creeper so my fat @$$ doesn't have to stand on buckets in front of the truck anymore! lol :thumb:

I have the .83 housing for the 364.5 sitting here ready to go, but i'm doing the change to the 1.10 on the S480 first so I can get a good idea of how each change is effecting spool up.
