Fuel Rail

Has anyone had issues with the fuel rail O rings blowing out?
I have massive fuel leak coming from what appears to be on the top.

O ring in what part is blowing out?

Pictures would help. I dont remember any orings on the pressure side.

There is no o-rings on the high pressure side.

Only o-ring that physically seals to a fuel rail is on LLY and newer trucks where the fprv threads into the end of the rail. And it's technically low pressure

Ok now that I had time to take a closer look my cp3 pressure line has a pin hole so small that naked eye cannot see. does any one make these lines needs to be compatible with the Bosh pump for LLY.
