Hey guys, I got 69,000km on my 2024 L5P. I had the dealer change the transmission fluid and I requested they drop the pan and replace the internal filter but instead they just hooked their flush machine up to it and in the tech notes I see they put a cleaner in it with an additive.
I picked the truck up and its driving like it has half the power. Feel like a total lack of fluid coupling while unlocked and you can feel a real good vibration while under a load 2-3000rpm just like torque converter shudder. The trans temp on this truck never has been over 62c (143f) now I can get it up to 70c. Truck shifts smooth and I think there is slight shift flaring at wot now.
Im thinking they torque converter might have been damaged when they got it up to temp in the shop but I cant say for sure and I doubt any shop would ever admit it if they did.
I called yesterday and was told id be called monday when they talk to the tech that worked on my truck to figure out what happened.
Anyone have an idea what might be going on of have this happen after their 10L1000 has been serviced? Think my TC is damaged? Transmission aswell?
