Egr feed pipe to oil cooler?

2008 lmm I’m not sure what to do at this point has anyone ran into this problem I’m trying to replace the gaskets on the oil cooler because it was leaking coolant I can’t seem to get this pipe out of the way it hits on the high flow pipe can I just cut it and use some type of rubber pipe after
