Dyno for dummies

So my truck will be going on the dyno I a few months and I've started researching how and the techs of dynos.

If you can share any info or links to other threads it would be helpful.

The dyno is a dyna jet model 248/224 4wd and a 7000lb roller. If that helps give any info because I have no idea what that all means!

Rookie status!

Truck will be as stated bellow with the addition of fass 150, ported fuel rail fittings, filter delete, beans sump, stacked mp8, and upgraded drivers manifold.

I guess I should post this is just a fun event that's going on and plus it's a friends bday so the results will probably only show hp/tq readings

Please don't stack an mp8. It's not a Cummins. There is no secret to running on a dyno. Put it in 5th and give it hell but keep it from down shifting.

It likes the mp8 (i installed it the other day) but it was also free. So it'll stay until I get my Idaho rob tunes. (Waiting for many more supporting mods)
