Just finished installing another CP3 from PPE along with a FASS 150 GPH lift pump. And with that I'm getting low fuel rail pressure. I logged and it was calling for 5000 psi and it only delivered 2500psi. Double checked pluming and wiring. What would be the cause of this? Thanks

i think you may have your lines reversed on your ppe cp3. try switching the top and bottom line or make sure your lines are roured correctley.

I had problem like your saying and it was the fuel rail fitting in the rail not tight enough. It was bypassing fuel and would not hold pressure. It has to be tight, I don't mean tight I mean you need it so tight you would think it would break off tight! Can you smell fuel? Is there any fuel coming out of the bypass nipple? Just some thoughts.
