I'm talking about high end converters ....triple disk billet stator stuff. Is it just personal preference? Obviously the application and stall makes a huge difference but I'm talking about the tech inside them that makes them different.
You rarely hear of failures with either Suncoast ,Goerend, or Precision. I'm sure the clutches that go inside them are the main difference....maybe turbine mods?? Quality control??
I run a Goerend R (2200 stall), that's what Mike put in there when he built it. The truck drives exceptionally well and shifts like a dream.....which is probably due to being professionally built.
There's converter questions on here on a daily basis and I read them all but never really have an explanation as why a certain brand is better than the other.not saying one is but you guys get the idea.
