lbz diagnose help needed

Hello,
Yesterday on the way home doing 45 miles per hour it started pinging(for a few seconds) missing and blowing white smoke out of exhaust no codes thrown.
Here are some here are some pictures and videos.
2007 lbz 3500 drw efi live straight exhaust 214500 miles.

Do I have a cracked #5 piston or can I be lucky with just injector replacement?

So, what should I expect an average cost to fix it?
I don't have time to fix myself, due to the nature of my business.
Thanks for any any all help,
Greg

The price varies greatly. You could just slap some used LB7 pistons with new rings in there, and call it good, that's if the cylinders didn't get damaged.
My cylinders were damaged and required machining, and oversize pistons.

Ballpark figures.
Used LB7 pistons, new ring set, headgaskets= Maybe $600+Labor
Remanufactured engine= $5K+shipping+Labor
