I have a 2011 3500 has just 21000 miles I just bought the truck. I had all new coolant line put in along with other things. It has blown 2 brand new coolant lines right off the fitting. The shop I brought it has pressure test it everything came back perfect no white smoke. The shop believes I have a cracked head causing pressure to blow the lines. I find that hard to believe. Any feedback would be great.

TX of course
Should be blowing it out the overflow before a hose coming lose if the cap isn’t screwed up. But if a unfortunately blown HG are not uncommon on all the newer trucks.

try a new cap, but like others mentioned, it is not unheard of for the head gasket to blow causing excessive pressure in the coolant system

If its the lower radiator line blowing off its not pushed up far enough and/or the retaining clip is not in the groove and/or missing.....it wont blow off until its good and hot....and will hold a pressure test....been there..
