Washed cylinder means the crosshatch on the wall is gone and it'll have grooves cut in it. That won't hurt it not 200 psi. And it'd have more blowby
Ah. Then his idea would be out the window since there is no blow by currently.

My LLY was washed some and it didn't have hardly any blow by.
