Thanks for checking in with them! I marked them to the sides and front to back before removal. and they still have the stickers as well from the factory that say LGL and RHL or whatever they say. With the threaded nut out you can almost move the torsion bar over yourself without forcing it with a pry iron but any with the key way in you have to pry it over to get the bolt in the slot. I dont think the suspension is as smooth as i thought it would be otherwise i wouldnt even worry about it, but it makes me wonder if the two things dont go hand in hand as far as the issue goes.

id run stock keys and just keep the t bar flat. the lowering key may not allow the tension to be kept on them at ride height because of the way they are clocked for a lower control arm to be flatter.

im in the same boat as you , currently have a cognito leveling kit with all the goodies and want to get my torsions flat so i can launch it without so much risk and the truck wanting to go every direction but straight. if you can , pm me how much you ended up for just the front end parts. looking to do the same exact thing with a ntbd kit. i wonder if they cognito leveling kit fox shocks would work with the kit if dropped down all the way.

I run the 4-6" NTBD and all the other Cognito goodies w/no t-bar adjustment bolts in, and my LCA bumpstops removed, and the bilstien 5100's ride awesome! Truck launches pretty straight, but I need to figure out how to set the caltracs up and maybe even thread in one t-bar adjustment bolt to compensate for chassis flex and whatnot and I know it can be dialed in to hook really well...for a 6,800lb truck

i Am running stock keys right now and the bars are still "tweaked" so to speak. I only had the lowering keys in for about 5 hours total . Either key has had the issue.
