I dont remember what fluid Mike runs.I think its Dex 3. I see lots of thread and there are different opinions.

Any insight?

I run some cheap dex 3. I believe mike said transynd is good also.

Quatrasyn is what Mike said in the past that he runs.

He told me Dex 3 would be fine in mine...

Dex 3 is fine and what most people use but Mike has mentioned that the citgo quartasyn is some good stuff. If I could find it anywhere near me, I would use it, but I can't so I just run the cheap blue bottle valvoline dex/merc from walmart.

Been running it in my trans since day 1 at 700 hp and it's been great.
