Just took the truck out after sitting all winter. Went on a quite spirited drive, no check engine illuminated, truck did feel a little "off" though which i figured was from not driving it for the last 6mo.
Didnt get shift range inhibited until I went to back the truck into the garage and realized my truck has no reverse in the middle of a street lol. Thankfully I had my matco scanner on me, sure enough po742 clutch on code
Just to ensure im not losing it, turbine speed in neutral and park both replicate idle speed. However in gear(D or R) im at 0.12rpm...did I lose a turbine speed sensor? I could be wrong but the old tech brain tells me that value needs to be zero in gear
Im hoping its just a fluke and doesnt return, however if it does with the data provided im sure itll be sensor next and if that doesnt fix it im sure itll be sitting for some time.
