Blacked out infotainment system.

Good afternoon everyone. Went to go to the vet today to find my screen all blacked out. Tried shutting the truck off then on. No difference. It’s a 24 pro 2500 crew cab. No frills. Can’t find anything for a soft reset except holding the call end on the wheel which I don’t have. How else can I try a reset? All else fails back to the dealer.

Moved to Electronics section. Blacked out screen could be HMI or the screen itself. If under warranty, take it into dealer.

I would say either find the fuse for it or disconnect the batteries and cross the cables for a bit. It just may fix itself. Seen it happen.

So I pulled the drive side battery cables off left the door open for 30 minutes. Seemed to work. It’s back and working. Thanks for the help guys.
