So my 2002 lb7 has a issue... don’t they all? So the problem I am having is when pulling hills the truck seems to fall flat on its face. Just feels like there is no go downshifts revs to 3000rpm and hardly holds 65-70mph. So a little history on the truck new injectors 20k ago, new ppe fuel relief valve, braided sections of fuel lines have been replaced, new fuel filter head and fuel filter, 20psi boost at wot. When I did a fuel return test with the return line and 15 seconds of crank time I got 50ml of fuel returned. I hooked up a snap on scan tool and pulled frp info and looks like my actual vs desired is way off at wot. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Problem solved. Replaced cp3 pump yesterday now actual frp keeps up with desired frp. Feels like a totally different truck now!
