LMM: Autocal ?

Friend of mine is looking to remove his stock exhaust system and i told him that EFI Live and a complete exhaust would be the cheapest and best option. So my only question is, do you need to buy a license with an Autocal or is it included in the price of the Autocal? My truck is tuned with a V2 so I'm not familiar with the Autocal.
