Is it me or does the cab and bed lines not match?

They dont, not yet. I have to raise the bed floor about 3 inches yet. That's the next project lol

Box is lined up, kind of. I have the bed floor tacked on the frame so I could mount the bedsides. It needs to be shifted ahead about an inch and it the drivers side maybe a half an inch.

The rear half of the frame is all cleaned up and pretty much ready for paint. I filled in some more holes on the frame.

New Rear cross member is in, in place of the spare tire carrier. I used some 4x4 tubing from the scrap pile at work and 1/4" plate to box it in.

Core support is almost done, I plan on filling in the gaps around intercooler to clean it up yet.

Thanks guys, and no idea on when itll be done. I stopped trying to put a timeline on it, I end up rushing shit and not liking the outcome when I do lol

The core support is mostly done, reused some sheat metal from the kinked front box panel for filler and ended up cutting out more of the 67bcore support to add in 1x2 tubing along the top.

Rear cross member is complete and chassis painted. I also installed the new leaf springs and sulastic shackles.

Rear axle is currently out because its bent and I cracked it trying to straighten it. After looking at it some more it was already cracked in another spot before I even tried to bend it back.

New(ish) rear axle is in. I put new hub seals in it, sand blasted/wire wheeled and painted it before installing. Came out of an 04 duramax with 140k miles on it, so hopefully it won't need a rebuild any time soon lol

My fox coil overs from wfo concepts came in on Friday so I had to install them too.

Put the box on the rotisserie last night to get the braces welded in, need to fix the bent up portion on the rear of the box and it's ready for undercoating.

Also got the resi mounts painted and installed

Been slowly plugging away on the body work here and there, main focus has been getting equipment ready for harvest. Passenger side is ready for primer after shaving the turn signal light and fixing a few dents. Passenger side is almost ready for filler, it was pretty messed up. Found a hole that was patched with a piece of sheat medal braised in from the back side then filled with lots of filler.
