I know twins are the hot settup, but I kind of want something a little more simple and easy to install, not to mention the expense.

nothing wrong with that - i must admit i was unreasonable in my expectations and trying to get the best of both worlds from a single.

good luck!! 650 HP is plenty of fun on the street!

I was also very unreasonable with my spool up expectations out of my S475. IMO it's a huge jump from a VVT stockers spool up and drivability but everyones definition is different. I haven't had a ton of turbos but have ran a stock VVT, 68mm Cheetah, S475 with 1.10 housing and now this S464 and am by far the most impressed with this 64mm

S472=1,100
With race cover=1,400
Billet wheel with R cover=1,800

I know I want the Race cover, but is $400 more for the wheel worth it? Its lighter so it should light better but does it pass more air? Enough to justify the price difference?

where are you getting your prices? if you go through Trent and buy a full install kit the turbo costs less than that... My S475 with race cover, 1.00 housing, polished cover, and ceramic coated housing was way less than 1800$ A LOT more fyi

i just switched from a 4094 to the 4202. I did a job with a buddy yesterday and today and had the bed loaded up with stuff. I can say that i wouldnt tow with this charger to heavy. with my bed loaded up( probably a 1000-1200LBS) All my truck wanted to do was smoke when driving, even in tow haul. I had problems keeping the charger in its map. normal cruising i havent had a problem even though i havent had much time on the charger i have only had the truck done for 3 days. I dont tow anything and usually dont haul anything that heavy. If your looking for towing over a couple 1000LBS i wouldnt go with a big single.

My Gt4202R 1.01 A/R towed better then my Gt4094R 1.06 A/R. Egts were lower with the GT42 also and I also towed better with it then the Gt4094. The GT42 got around 21 to 23 mpg on the tune that ran 11.53. The twins from MPI are getting around 20 and I just tiped out 23 on the trip to SEMA going thru Denver the twins loved going thru the hills. The twins also tow great. The tune i'm running I asked Rob to send me around a 600 rwhp tune. its a 24 deg timing and 2475 PW tune with twin cp3's and 30% over injectors.with the up pipe leaking bad lost 12 psi still made 588 rwhp.

Are they Bullseye, Precision or what? Thats all I'm asking

I can get any of the above also including Garrett, Holset, HTT and have been dealing with Mark at Danville also , and most using the S400 platform are using off the shelf Borg Warner performance turbo's unless spec'd other wise , like the billet wheels , and custom cut wheels for puller .

Borg Warner... Gillett in Utah

Yep , Gillet supply's 95% of my turbo's and handles alot of custom built stuff too , top shelf guys that take good care of me and my custommers when ever there has been a problem.
