I was running a 13.1 @103. I put my truck on a diet, and worked on my launches and then I ran a 12.6 @ 107

My truck weighing 5780 and 5980 with me in it went 12.05 and I dynoed 520. Weightloss helps big time. My 60's were around 1.60-1.65

31* degrees of timing sounds like a pretty big tune. Should be plenty of power to get your truck into the 12's

I believe everyone. Runs a open front diff. Or u wouldn't.keep it.on the track. Ever road in a fwd. Car. All over.the.place. my trick went 12.35 on stock turbo. 6200lb. Run 30 psi in front tires and 25psi in rears. Also leave on.about. 12-15 psi of.boost. that was a sweet spot for.my truck. I have left a 30psi and.broke stuff. Get your front end fixed.and. pull some weight out of the truck. Good.luck and have fun

Whats the general rule? For every 1/10th you knock off the 60' you drop your ET 2/10ths or something like that

8.63 1/8 @79.... 1.9x 60
You need to knock that 1/8th ET to around 8.2 to run a 12, the mph is a couple mph slow too
Obviously like everyone else said you need to work on that 60ft
air pressures, spring clamps on the front of the leafs & good shocks will help the 60ft

What track is it? Altitude has a HUGE factor... People have done 12's with a stock trans at sea level, where in high election tucks with built trans, turbo, and injectors barely make it in the 12's... Full weight that is.
