Allison 6sp: 5-6 gear shift

My boss was saying in his 5th to 6th gear shift it feels like hes riding a rumble strip. Vibrates and such. Truck has no tuner currently, but previously did have h&s on it. Any ideas?

Buy the new LML converter from Allison. It retros back, has two sided clutch plate and much larger sprag. An price is reasonable.
