I am wondering if the selector fork for a 263xhd will work in a 263hd?

Actually, I'd need to see the shift range hub or the forks to accurately tell you. There's a new and an old design. The 263xhd and 263hd fork will swap, but you CANNOT swap them if one has the old range hub and the other has a new, they have to be swapped together.

The hold style is the fork the has plastic molded onto it iirc.
