well,I got it done.I have a fisher plow push plates and a hellwig swaybar.the 10mm headed swaybar bushings weren't budging so it stayed in place.
turns out,a little heat and a 1 13/16" crows foot and a big azz breaker bar got the nut off.had to remove 2 power steering box bolts and loosen the other one.cut most of the way thru the pitman arm w/ a cutoff wheel and air chiseled to crack it loose.a little prying and it came out.
then pryed on the box to get the new one in.tightened the nut up.
I will say,I did brass drift and hammered on the arm to get a bunch more turns on the nut.
all in all,the job sucked,of coarse my truck set up made it way more difficult

just a quick follow up,1000 miles of highway driving and no leakes or unwanted play..think its gonna go another 4-5 yrs,if I own it that long
