2012 GMC 2500hd LML full deleted now sensitive to ambient temp

I live in AZ and hot weather is the norm. I pull a Grand Design 5th wheel Momentum toy hauler. When I deleted my truck it seems like now it’s very sensitive to the ambient temps. Before I could tow my big 5th wheel with no temp issues. Now that I’m fully deleted+EGR it’s very sensitive to absent temps and have to watch it. Any suggestions or is this the norm. Weight of the 5th wheel loaded is 16230 max is 17500. Any thoughts?

From your other thread, it doesnt seem to be an issue. Stock is not actually stock on h&s

I tow in the mountains of AZ with lots of 6 to 7% grades and usually I’m in manual mode , 3rd gear @ 3200 RPM speed around...
