LLY: 2004.5 Build for "free"

I somewhat have got this truck for free. I have a lot of casinos where I live. I go a lot, and I win a lot... and loose sometimes... but I hit it big one night and went out the next day and picked this gem up and paid in cash. A 2004.5 LLY with 202,xxx miles on her. The previous owner put aftermarket wheels and tail lights on it. Other than that, it was all stock, which is what I was looking for. So as time goes by, I win more at the casinos and start buying parts for it. I have paid cash for everything and haven't had to withdraw out of my bank account or use a credit card for parts or anything, which is why I consider this a "free" truck. Maybe I should call this the "Lucky 7" build? Still looking for a name. Anyways, my upgrades are listed below.

They are 20x10 with -24 offset. I should of said that in my first post. I'll add it up there.

I usually play blackjack and poker. But I'm no stranger to some slots as well. My "strategy" is whenever I win at blackjack or poker, I take those winnings and hit the high limit slots. Sometimes works, Sometimes doesn't. The trick is knowing when to walk away. lol

My LLY started pushing water because I went too hot on stock head bolts
It's a given on an LLY but 4 hours from home with a trailer is not my idea of "trial and error"

Anybody have any ideas for making the truck tougher/more reliable other than head studs and a built trans? I already planned on doing those two things, just seeing what else would be a good idea from you experienced guys that have had common and uncommon LLY problems and what not.

Yep or a mishimoto radiator
