It had lvl1 installed and I went to swap to lvl 2 everything started like it should read vin the started programming. After about 30 seconds it through an error and to call ppe. Now it reads Key error DCB7 then seed error 0000 is this for sure gonna have to be flashed to stock?

Moved to Tuning section. I could be wrong, but it sounds like you bricked the ECM. Its been so long since I played with a handheld on my LB7.
I’m thinking the same just had to see what others had to say. Any idea where I could get a a used vin locked one while I get it unlocked to get it going
I do have a good used ECM here if needed but it also sure does sound like a bricked ECM.
