What is a good 17 inch wheel to use for truck pulling? I am looking at using these for almost exclusive truck pulling?

What is most important when picking a wheel for this?

Width?

Weight/strength?

Looks/maintance?

Backspacing?

Cost?

Resale?

I guess I am not sure what I am looking for in a wheel. I have always kind of been told that for truck pulling, you want a wide wheel. IDK If it's true. If it is true, then at what cost is it worth it?

I have been told that rotating mass is important also. Again at what cost? I mean if it is that big of a factor then should I look at cutom light weight aluminum rims cough racingjunk.com? Coughs at the thought of my 20 pound driveshaft.

Looks is always important, I guess that can be subjective. But I perfer it to work first and foremost because a truck in the winners circle always looks good.

Obviously, costs are a factor as is strength and backspacing.

What's everyone's thoughts on this? I am looking hard at 35's to go on these wheels.

H2 wheels seem to be a good choice. Not always easy to find them but i see there are a few sets for sale now. I run an 18"X10" myself with 33" tires.
