I have an 03 Duramax and my buddy is selling these dodge 17" rims off his 06 mega cab. I found a few things on here saying they may rub brake lines or control arms but I couldn't find a definite answer. The tire size i would probably run is 265/70/17 or 285/75/17. Also would my stock center caps fit? I'll attach a picture of what the dodge rims look like. Thanks

I think they'll fit fine. Why cant you just fit one on front and see for sure?

Moving to Wheels and Tires, too.

285 will be fine, as long as you don't have a leveling kit maxed out. They won't rub with a couple turns on the t bar bolts but if you have the front end cranked way up the 285's could rub in certain situations, but even then it won't be a bad rub just a slight grazing.

I have them cranked a few turns but the truck isn't level by any means. What about the rear? I read a few guys had issues with them rubbing the break lines

Center caps Should fit good too right? He would sell me those rims for $150 without the caps so I'm ready to jump on it once I feel fairly confident that I'm not going to have any problems. And I cant test one out on just the front because it's just the rim without any tires. I would be putting the tires on once my current set gives up.

Bore will fit the GM so your good there as well. Can't put GM 8x6.5 rims on a 15 or newer Cummins I ran into that haha.
